Spread is not common in schools and outpatient health care settings where people are following the guidelines. This is now very clear. We have been at this since March and we do not have a single documented SARS2 cluster or transmission from a staff member to another staff member or patient to staff member. Almost all cases that we are aware of came from outside activities and had a documented case exposure outside of clinic.

This experience echoes the school's experiences based on the study data. The massive spread continues to come from indoor, unmasked, close interactive experiences of adults and college age students during their leisure time.

School teachers, children in schools and administrators are very safe.
